This webinar will distinguish between the various methods and styles of business development, for example through the use of social media, versus the traditional but likewise successful style of marketing through bar association memberships, one-on-one client meetings, authoring articles and giving presentations, etc. The presentation will also touch on laws involving marketing by attorneys the importance of adhering to the Rules of Professional Conduct when engaging in business development, and the risks and/or benefits associated with using certain approaches, strategies or techniques in marketing as an attorney.
